🌍 About the Project

Democracy thrives when everyone has the opportunity to participate. Yet for many young people, especially those with migrant backgrounds, democratic participation can feel distant, complicated, and inaccessible.

Democracy Without Barriers is a youth-led solidarity project designed to make democratic participation more understandable, inclusive, and approachable for young people in Vienna.

Through dialogue, co-creation, digital innovation, and direct engagement with democratic institutions, the project empowers young people to become active participants in shaping their communities and contributing to democratic life.
